Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Pantry Cookbook for your use of Pantry Cookbook. By using the app you agree to them.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and tell us about any unauthorized use. You're responsible for activity in your account and household.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you add. You give us the permission needed to store, sync and display it to you and your household, and to publish what you choose to share publicly. Only import or share recipes you have the right to use; we link imported recipes back to their creators and don't republish other creators' methods on public pages.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no illegal, hateful or harassing content, spam, scraping, attempts to break security, or interference with other users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Reviews can be reported in the app.
Subscriptions
Plus renews automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are shown before you buy. Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe and can be cancelled in Settings; in-app subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google under their terms and are cancelled in your store account. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and you keep Plus until the end of the paid period.
Third-party services
Grocery ordering is completed with Instacart, Kroger or other retailers under their terms; we're not responsible for their products, prices or deliveries. Nutrition, cost and expiry information are estimates — check labels, especially for allergies.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except where your local consumer law gives you other rights.
